We're sorry to see you go. In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), you have the right to request that we delete the personal information we hold about you.

Use this page to submit your request. You can choose to permanently delete your account, or deactivate and archive it for 6 months in case you change your mind.

Timeline: requests on or before the 25th are actioned before month-end; requests after the 25th are actioned by the end of the following month.
