Terms of Service

By using the 2gthr service (including the 2gthr website, mobile phone client application, and text messaging service) or accessing any information obtained from the 2gthr service, you accept the following terms and conditions
  1. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the 2gthr service.
  2. You agree to the use of your data in accordance with the 2gthr Privacy Policy.
  3. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
  4. You must not harass, intimidate, threaten or impersonate other 2gthr users.
  5. You agree not to engage in any illegal or unauthorized conduct and agree to comply with all local laws that may be applicable to you regarding acceptable online conduct, behaviour and content usage.
  6. You are solely responsible for any data, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links and any other content (the "Content") that you submit, post and display on 2gthr.
  7. You agree not to send any unsolicited commercial messages to any 2gthr users. (ie "Spam")
  8. You can use the service free of charge. You will, however, be responsible for any data charges, phone charges, or text messaging charges assessed by your carrier or internet service provider.
  9. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we consider in our sole discretion being unlawful, offensive, threatening, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violate any party's intellectual property rights. While 2gthr prohibits such Content on the site, you understand and agree that the Content posted on the 2gthr Service by its users is not necessarily reviewed by 2gthr and 2gthr cannot be held responsible for this Content.
  10. You understand that we are continuously developing the features and the functionality of the 2gthr service. Consequently, we also reserve the right to modify these Additional Terms at any time at our sole discretion. You agree that such alteration shall be effective upon posting on the 2gthr website and you will be bound to any alterations when you use the Service after such alteration is posted. It is therefore important that you review these Additional Terms regularly to ensure you are updated regarding any alterations. Your sole remedy should you not agree with the altered Additional Terms shall be to close your account and to cease using the service.
